Book launch: I am enough

This is a book about a girl who has low self-esteem but tries very hard to talk positively to herself everyday by repeatedly telling herself 'I am enough'. Many times, we do feel inadequate in life amidst challenges, peer pressure and obstacles in our way. We need reminders to tell ourselves that we are enough and to keep on keeping on.
